Breakfast Toast with Eggs, Bacon, and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 6 strawberry (halved)
  • 2 bread slice (toasted)
  • 4 slice bacon (cooked)
  • 4 egg (poached)
  • 200 ml milk (foamed)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (sprinkled)

Method

  1. Peel and segment the oranges. Halve the strawberries and arrange them on a plate.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and set them aside.
  3. Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Drain excess oil using paper towels.
  4. Prepare the eggs for poaching by bringing water to a gentle simmer.
  5. Poach the eggs using an egg poaching tray until the whites are set and yolks remain runny.
  6. Foam the milk and sprinkle cinnamon on top for a warm beverage.
  7. Assemble the dish by layering the poached eggs and crumbled bacon on the toast. Serve with the fruit and cinnamon milk.
