Breakfast Toast with Eggs, Bacon, and Fruit
A hearty breakfast combining savoury toast with eggs and bacon, complemented by a refreshing side of fruit and a frothy beverage.

Ingredients
- 2 orange (peeled and segmented)
- 6 strawberry (halved)
- 2 bread slice (toasted)
- 4 slice bacon (cooked)
- 4 egg (poached)
- 200 ml milk (foamed)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (sprinkled)
Method
- Peel and segment the oranges. Halve the strawberries and arrange them on a plate.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown and set them aside.
- Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Drain excess oil using paper towels.
- Prepare the eggs for poaching by bringing water to a gentle simmer.
- Poach the eggs using an egg poaching tray until the whites are set and yolks remain runny.
- Foam the milk and sprinkle cinnamon on top for a warm beverage.
- Assemble the dish by layering the poached eggs and crumbled bacon on the toast. Serve with the fruit and cinnamon milk.
