Avocado and Turkey Sandwich with Fruits and Seeds
A wholesome sandwich featuring creamy avocado, turkey slices, spinach, and seeds, paired with a vibrant fruit selection. Perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 50 g blueberry
- 50 g raspberry
- 0.5 apple (peeled and sliced)
- 1 whole grain bread slice (toasted)
- 0.25 avocado (mashed)
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp mixed seeds
- 3 turkey slice (thinly sliced)
- 30 g spinach (fresh)
Method
- Prepare the fruits by peeling the orange, slicing the apple, and washing the blueberries and raspberries. Arrange them on a cutting board.
- Toast the slice of whole grain bread until golden brown.
- Lay the turkey slices on a plate and ensure they are ready for the sandwich.
- Mash a quarter of an avocado and spread it evenly over 1/2 slice of toasted bread.
- Sprinkle flaxseed meal over the avocado spread.
- Add mixed seeds on top of the flaxseed meal for added texture and nutrition.
- Place the turkey slices on top of the seeds, followed by a layer of fresh spinach.
- Cover the sandwich with the second half slice of toasted bread.
- Serve the sandwich alongside the prepared fruit selection for a balanced and nutritious meal.
